Financial aid

CARSAT grants: up to 50% of your ergonomic equipment funded

France's Assurance Maladie (Occupational Risks) offers a grant to small businesses investing in equipment to prevent musculoskeletal disorders. Most MaKitLean solutions (workstations, tables, trolleys, flow racks…) are eligible.

  • Up to 50%

    of the cost covered

  • €25,000

    ceiling per company

  • 1 to 49

    employees, eligible companies

What is the small-business Prevention Grant?

It's a financial aid from the Assurance Maladie (Occupational Risks), paid by your CARSAT (or the Cramif in Île-de-France region), aimed at companies with fewer than 50 employees investing to prevent occupational risks — particularly musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), the leading cause of sick leave in France.

In practice, the Assurance Maladie covers up to 50% of the pre-tax cost of eligible equipment, capped at €25,000 per company across the entire scheme.

Are you eligible?

The grant is aimed at small businesses meeting the following conditions:

  • Company of 1 to 49 employees affiliated with the French general scheme.

  • Up to date with URSSAF social contributions.

  • Not in collective proceedings (safeguard, recovery, liquidation).

  • Active enrollment on the company account on ameli.fr.

  • Detailed supplier quote before any commitment.

Important

The request must imperatively be submitted before purchasing the equipment. An invoice issued before grant approval makes the file ineligible.

How do you apply?

The grant request is made directly online on your Assurance Maladie (Occupational Risks) business account. In 5 steps:

  1. 01

    Check your eligibility

Headcount, social-security status and URSSAF status. Sign up to the business account on ameli.fr if not done yet.

Our engineering office identifies the eligible equipment for your need and details the costed solution.

  3. 03

    Submit the request online

Log in to your business account on ameli.fr and submit your file (form + quote + supporting documents).
