    A MaKitLean shadow board is designed to last over 10 years in intensive industrial use. The materials we use resist mechanical wear, common solvents and UV radiation. For occasional use or in very aggressive environments, we also offer reinforced materials or suited surface finishes. Wear does not degrade silhouette legibility or the organization function.

  • Can a shadow board be adapted to non-standard or rare tools?

    Yes, that's the main advantage of custom design. Our engineering office starts from real tools: physical impressions, 3D scan or provided plans. We then cut each silhouette with a ±0.1 mm tolerance, regardless of geometry. Old tools, prototypes, atypical medical instruments: any tool with a stable shape can be integrated.

  • How much does a custom shadow board cost?

    The price depends on panel size, number of silhouettes, chosen material and finish. As an indication, a standard 600 × 400 mm shadow board with 10 to 15 tools costs between €250 and €500 per piece. Volumes (deployment on several workstations) benefit from significant series effects.
